OP RESOLVE - Arrest in Nuneaton Town Centre

🛒 Next time you’re in B&M and hear the beep… it won’t be Supermarket Sweep! 🛒

Earlier today in Nuneaton Town Centre Op Resolve officers patrolling B&M spotted a male leaving the store with paying for his items. After a very short foot chase, the individual was swiftly detained and arrested outside the store — talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time! The male has been charged and remanded to appear in court tomorrow. 

Later, Op Resolve officers responded to a report of a shop theft at Sainsbury’s in Nuneaton Town Centre. This time, the suspect tried to escape by jumping into a nearby river. After a short pursuit, the male was located and arrested.

Both individuals have now swapped their shopping trips for a stay in custody. 🚓
